Refund policy
Thank you for supporting my studio! I want you to be thrilled with your new artwork. Because I offer a mix of original paintings, prints, and custom commissions, my return policies vary by product type to ensure I can continue creating independently.
Original Paintings and Drawings
I want you to love your one-of-a-kind original. If you find the piece isn’t a fit for your space:

Return Window: Please contact me within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all original art returns to cover administrative and relisting costs.

Condition: The artwork must be returned in its original, undamaged condition.

Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, including tracking and insurance. Refunds (minus the restocking fee) are issued once the painting is safely back in the studio.
Giclée Prints & Photography
Because my prints are made-to-order specifically for you:
Policy: All print and photography sales are Final Sale.
Exceptions: If your print arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, please notify me within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and I will ship a replacement at no cost to you.
Custom Commissions & Concept Art
Policy: Custom work is Final Sale and non-refundable.
Process: During our collaboration, you will have specific check-in points to approve the direction of the piece. Once the final art is approved and shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Digital Downloads
Policy: Due to the nature of digital files, all Procreate brushes, reference packs, and digital downloads are Final Sale.
Damaged Items
If your package looks like it’s had a rough journey, please take photos before opening it. If the art inside is damaged, email me at CassieJZimmerman@outlook.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the artwork so I can file an insurance claim and get you a replacement or refund.
