Shipping policy

All original artwork is packaged by hand in my London, Ontario studio with archival materials to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Processing Times

Original Paintings: Please allow 3–5 business days for me to securely package and insure your original artwork before it is shipped.

Giclée Prints: My prints are made-to-order by a professional printer. Please allow 7–10 business days for production and quality inspection before your print is dispatched.

Note: During busy seasons (November–December), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Domestic (Canada): Standard shipping starts at CA$15.00 for original art. Small prints (8x10 and under) may qualify for a CA$5.00 flat-rate "No-Tracking" lettermail option.

USA: Rates typically range from CA$25.00 – CA$55.00 depending on the size of the piece.

International: For collectors outside of North America, please contact me for a custom shipping quote.

Estimated Delivery Standards

Once your order has been processed and dropped off at the carrier, you can generally expect the following transit times:

Ontario: 2–3 business days.

Rest of Canada: 4–7 business days.

United States: 6–10 business days.

International: 10–21 business days.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs

Within Canada: Applicable HST/GST will be calculated at checkout.

International (including USA): 2026 trade regulations require a full customs entry for all commercial shipments to the US. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply. The artist is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Tracking & Insurance

All original paintings are shipped with tracking and full insurance coverage.

Once your item ships, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey.
